Recipe: Macaroni & White Cheese
Buy the cheese in bulk and make Macaroni and Cheese cheaper with whatever pasta you'd like, including Gluten-Free pasta!

6 - 8  oz. dry pasta (Macaroni, Cavatappi, Conchiglie, Fusilli, Gemelli, Farfalle, Rotelle, or Rotini)
salt - as needed
1/4 cup cheese powder (approx. 1.1 oz.)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk

~ Boil the pasta in salted water as per directions on package.
~ Drain cooked pasta and return to pan.
~ Stir in cheese powder, butter, and milk until butter has melted and clumps of cheese have broken up and dissolved.
