We've blended cheddar cheese powder and spicy jalapeno pepper to make a savory and spicy powdered flavoring perfect for sprinkling onto popcorn, French fries, chicken tenders, popcorn shrimp, roasted potatoes, and more! The addition of green pepper powder makes the green chili flavor more pronounced without adding too much heat. Cumin, onion, and garlic powders create a more complex flavor.

Ingredients:  cheese powder [a dehydrated blend of whey, buttermilk solids, cheeses (granular and cheddar [pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes]), whey protein concentrate, salt, sodium phosphate, citric acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, lactic acid, enzyme], peppers (green bell and jalapeno), buttery salt (salt, artificial flavor, yellow #5 & #6), onion, garlic, spices. Contains milk. May contain soy. Packaged in a facility that also packages wheat, milk, soy, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Recipe: Hot Ham & Jalapeno Cheddar Pinwheels
Scrumptious little spiral slices filled with hot cheesy spread and ham. A perfect quick appetizer.

1/4 cup Cheddar Jalapeno Popcorn Seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
(6 - 8) 12" flour tortillas
1/2 - 1 pound thinly-sliced deli ham

~ With an electric mixer on low speed, beat together Popcorn Seasoning, cream cheese, and milk.
~ With a butter knife or spatula, spread mixture over a tortilla to about 1/8" thick.
~ Arrange ham slices in a single layer over the tortilla.
~ Roll up tortilla tightly and set aside.
~ Repeat with remaining ingredients until you run out of meat or cream cheese mixture.
~ Using a sharp knife, slice rolls into 1" sections. Wipe the knife blade with a damp kitchen towel or paper towel every few slices.
~ Arrange rolls close together on a platter, stacking in a pyramid shape if necessary.
~ Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Note: Tortillas are more pliable when brought to room temperature first.
