Description: Everyone's favorite made without salt! We've blended real sweet cream buttermilk and fresh-tasting herbs and spices to make this savory treat. Not only can you make a classic buttermilk ranch dressing or a cool, creamy ranch dip with this mix, it also seasons potatoes, pork chops, meatballs and more. We didn't use a salt substitute, so you can add your own or omit it completely. 6 grams of sodium per serving.

To make a Dip, stir 2 Tbls. mix with:
2 cups Sour Cream

To make a Low-Fat Dip, stir 2 Tbls. mix with: 2 cups Plain Non-Fat Yogurt or Lite Sour Cream
To make a Salad Dressing, whisk 2 Tbls. mix with: 1 1/4 cups Milk & 3/4 cup Real Mayonnaise

Recipe: Low Sodium Cattle Ranch Meatballs
Flavorful and easy stovetop meatballs to serve as an appetizer, over a bed of pasta, or on a sandwich.

1 Lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbls. No Salt! Buttermilk Ranch Dip Mix
2 Tbls. unsalted butter
1/2 cup low sodium beef broth OR reduced sodium chicken broth

~ Knead together beef and Ranch Dip Mix. Roll into 1" balls.
~ In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Brown meatballs in butter on all sides.
~ Add broth to skillet, cover, and simmer 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.

2 cups sour cream OR plain yogurt
3 large cucumbers, peeled & sliced
8 oz. bag matchstick carrots
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped red onion

~ Stir together dip mix and sour cream.
~ Stir together desired amount of prepared dip with vegetables no more than 2 hours before serving; refrigerate until ready to serve.
