To make a Spread, stir mix with: 8 oz. Cream Cheese & 1/4 cup Milk

Recipe: Dill Pickle Potato Salad
Tangy potato salad to accompany most main dishes, especially rich ones like barbecue, as its savory and fresh components balance out the flavors.

4 large red potatoes
1 cup prepared Dill Pickle Dip (your choice on preparation method)
1 onion (red or yellow), chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped

~ Scrub potatoes clean, but do not peel. Boil or steam until fork tender. Drain, pat or air dry and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
~ In a medium bowl, toss together potatoes, Dill Pickle Dip, onion, and celery until well coated. Refrigerate until cold.

3 cups cooked ham, chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, peeled, chopped
1 sm. onion, peeled, chopped
1 stalk celery, ends trimmed, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkt. Dill Pickle Dip Mix

~ Stir together all ingredients.
~ Serve between sliced bread for a sandwich, inside of a pita, or spread onto crackers.
