The crazy combination of chocolate, coffee, and bacon is surprisingly delicious!

18.25 oz. box chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 cups coffee, brought to room temperature
1/3 cup vegetable oil
10 slices of cooked bacon, chopped finely
Bacon Frosting, as needed
1 Tbls. cocoa powder, for dusting
~ Grease 24 muffin cups or line with paper liners; set aside.
~ With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together the first 5 ingredients
until thoroughly combined, about 2 minutes.
~ Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
~ Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center
of a cupcake comes out clean, 19-23 minutes.
~ Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
~ Frost with Bacon Frosting and then lightly dust with cocoa powder. To achieve
