Cajohn started out with his best barbeque sauce (a multiple Golden Chile winner), then added the fire of the Jolokia. OOOOOWEEEEE that's good, and HOT! It's not discriminatory either, it's great on all types of 'Q - chicken, pork, beef, lamb, fish and seafood. It's not bad on grilled veggies either!
