Cream Cheese Powder can be used in making dips and spreads (and dip/spread mixes), sauces, cheese cakes, cream cheese frosting, and other desserts. The dry powder stores and travels well - great for camping, boating, and hiking.
To replace cream cheese with Cream Cheese Powder in recipes, whisk together approx. 2 parts Cream Cheese Powder and 1 part warm water or milk (by weight) until blended and creamy. Cannot be reconstituted to make cream cheese.
Ingredients: A dehydrated blend of cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum), non-fat milk, sodium phosphate. Contains milk. Packaged in a facility that also packages wheat, milk, soy, egg, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts.
