Ground Guajillo Chili Pepper
Guajillo peppers are a strong but mild chile, one of the most common in Mexico after the Ancho. It is combined with Pasilla and Ancho in the Holy Trinity of Chilis used to prepare a traditional mole sauce. The flavor of this pepper is piney, with a slight berry undertone. Approx. Scoville Heat Units (SHU) 2,500 - 5,000.
