16 oz. (2 cups) plain yogurt OR sour cream (low-fat okay)
Mrs. No Salt seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. granulated
onion OR onion
granulated garlic OR
1/2 tsp. dried dill
weed AND/OR dried
~ In a sealable bowl or bottle, shake together all ingredients, except olive
oil, until well blended.
~ Shake in olive oil.
~ Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes: In the event you'd like to add
salt, start with 1/2 tsp., taste, and add more if desired.
