Recipe: Sweet 'N Sassy Chicken
Ready in under a half an hour, this quick main coarse is best served with
rice and/or steamed broccoli.
Prep. Time: 0:25
1/4 cup soy
2 Tbls. honey
1 Tbls. brown sugar
dried minced garlic OR 2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 tsp. ground
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. Sweet
Desert Heat Seasoning OR 1/2 tsp.
1 Lb. chicken breast meat, cut into thin strips
2 Tbls. vegetable oil OR olive oil
~ In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, hot sauce,
garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
~ In a shallow dish, stir together the flour, seasoning or salt, and pepper.
~ Lightly coat chicken in seasoned flour and then place in a hot skillet with

3 Tbls. coconut oil OR
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 - 2 tsp.
1 gallon popped
fine popcorn salt,
~ In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil or Buttery Popcorn Topping over
~ Stir in garlic, curry, and cumin; simmer for 1 minute; reduce heat to low;
simmer 1 minute; stir in hot sauce.
~ Pour spiced oil evenly over the popcorn, toss to mix, and then season with
