Reconstitution Directions:
When a recipe calls for 1 cup liquid buttermilk or sour milk, use 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup buttermilk powder.

Recipe: Blue Cheese and Buttermilk Salad Dressing
Make this thick, rich, savory dressing any time, fast and easy! Tastes great as a dip with wings and veggies, too!

1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup blue cheese powder
3 Tbls. buttermilk powder
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce OR 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic OR garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt (to taste)

~ Place all ingredients, except salt, in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth and creamy.
~ Salt to taste.
~ Chill at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
