Make this thick, rich, savory dressing any time, fast and easy! Tastes great
as a dip with wings and veggies, too!
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup buttermilk OR 3 Tbls.
plus 3/4 cup water
1/4 cup blue
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce OR 1/2 tsp.
1/2 tsp. ground
granulated garlic OR garlic powder
ground black pepper
salt (to taste)
~ Place all ingredients, except salt, in a blender or
food processor; blend until smooth and creamy.
~ Salt to taste.
~ Chill at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
Recipe: Buffalo Blue Cheese Wings
No need for a dipping sauce - these wings boast a crunchy buffalo coating and
a powdered blue cheese seasoning - no messy fingers, either!
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or granulated garlic
20 chicken wing segments
1 jar (≈ 1 cup) blue
~ In a shallow dish, combine flour, buffalo wing sauce powder, salt, and garlic.
~ Coat chicken entirely in the flour mixture; refrigerate coated wings for 1 hour; coat chicken again with remaining flour mixture.
~ Place cheese powder into a medium-sized, round-bottom bowl; set aside.
~ Deep-fry chicken, 8 - 10 pieces at a time, in 375 degree oil for 13 minutes.
~ Drain chicken on a wire cooling rack for 30 seconds, then immediately toss fried chicken pieces in
~ Repeat with remaining chicken.
~ Serve hot wings with celery and carrot sticks on the side.

1/4 cup vegetable oil
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
Chili Pepper (see notes below)
1 tsp. onion
1 tsp. garlic
5 cups oyster crackers
~ In a large bowl stir together oil, Ranch
Dressing Mix, chili powder, onion, and garlic.
~ Add oyster crackers to bowl and toss to coat.
~ Spread crackers evenly on a baking sheet.
~ Bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring gently
halfway through cooking time.
~ Allow to cool completely before serving.
~ Store in an airtight container.
