Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Mini, 5 Pound Bulk Bag

Semi-Sweet (Dark Chocolate) Chocolate Drops are made with vanilla to give a light, sweet taste to cookies, brownies, fudge, and cakes. We like to sprinkle them over ice cream. Miniature-sized chips (4M = 4,000 drops per pound).

Net Weight: 5 Pounds / 80 oz. / 2.27 kg.  Quantities of 2 or more will be combined into 1 bag.

Ingredients: sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soy lecithin, vanilla. Contains Soy. Packaged in a facility that packages wheat, milk, soy, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Recipe: Double Chocolate Brownies
Rich, intense chocolate brownies with mini chocolate chips to double the chocolate bliss.

3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup melted butter OR margarine
1 Tbls. vanilla extract OR Vanilla Powder
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

~ In a large bowl, stir together sugar, butter, and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly mixed.
~ Sift together the flour, cocoa, and salt into a separate bowl. Gradually stir this mixture into the sugar mixture until combined.
~ Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
~ Spread the batter evenly into a greased 9" X 13" baking dish.
~ Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 - 40 minutes.
~ Cool brownies in the pan completely before cutting.
