Recipe: Refreshing Pineapple Juice Drink
They'll never know you made it from a powder! The fresh pineapple flavor beats any powdered drink mixes, hands down!

1 Serving


8 fl. oz. (1 cup) water
1 1/2 Tbls. granulated sugar OR Sucralose Measure-For-Measure Sweetener
1 Tbls. pineapple juice powder


~ Whisk or shake together all ingredients until pineapple juice powder has dissolved completely.

Notes: If you want to use ice without diluting the drink, put ice into the 1 cup measuring cup and then fill with water; proceed with recipe as usual.

1 quart (32 fl oz.) hot water
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar OR Sucralose Measure-For-Measure Sweetener
1 cup pineapple juice powder (about 1/3 pound)
3 quarts (96 fl. oz.) ice water

~ Whisk or shake together first 3 ingredients until pineapple juice powder has dissolved completely.
~ Add ice water and stir.

4 scoops vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 cup milk
2 Tbls. pineapple juice powder
2 Tbls. coconut milk or 1/2 tsp. coconut extract

~ Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup warm water or lemon-lime soda
2 Tbls. pineapple juice powder
1 tsp. coconut extract or vanilla extract

~ Stir together all ingredients in a bowl until sugar has dissolved.
~ Best if poured over warm baked goods, as it will soak in better.
