old-fashioned potato soup made with real milk, potatoes, onion and celery. The
mix is seasoned with a touch of sour cream & chives and is a quick and easy to
prepare. Makes the perfect meal on an evening when you're pressed for

Directions: In a
saucepan over medium heat, whisk together 3/4 heaping cup Cream of Potato Soup Mix
and 2 1/2 cups
water or milk. Bring mixture to a boil while stirring constantly (to
avoid scorching). When the soup begins to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer
for 6 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5-10 minutes before
serving.
Optional Additions:
bacon bits,
cheddar cheese, browned ground sausage.
