It can withstand a higher heat than cornstarch, is virtually flavorless, and never gives your dish a grainy texture like other thickeners can. Gluten-free. Also makes great gluten-free white bread, crisp fried chicken breading, and potato pancakes.
Use approx. 1 tsp. of Potato Starch per 2 cups of liquid for thickening.
