Answer: The manufacturer lists a "Best By" date of 1 year from date of
manufacturing, so once the product reaches you, it's about 10 months. However,
we've found that if you store it in an airtight container, out of direct
sunlight, and at room temperature or below, it easily lasts 2 to 3 years.

Recipe:
Macaroni & White Cheese
Buy the cheese in bulk and make Macaroni and Cheese cheaper with whatever
pasta you'd like, including Gluten-Free pasta!
6 - 8 oz. dry pasta (Macaroni, Cavatappi, Conchiglie, Fusilli, Gemelli,
Farfalle, Rotelle, or Rotini)
salt - as needed
1/4 cup
cheese powder (approx. 1.1 oz.)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk
~ Boil the pasta in salted water as per directions on
package.
~ Drain cooked pasta and return to pan.
~ Stir in cheese powder, butter, and milk until butter has melted and clumps of
cheese have broken up and dissolved.
