Remove cap. Set aside.
Twist bottom to dispense all lip
balm; clean out any remaining.
Preferable with pliers (or with
whatever's handy) pry twisty bottom off of tube. Don't pull it completely out,
just most of the way.
Aim cap end at target and sharply
slap twisty end back into the tube.
The cap will pop off at target.
