is ready to eat 24 hours after preparation.

Ingredients: dehydrated vegetables (onion, green bell
pepper, jalapeno, chili peppers, garlic), salt, spices.

Recipe: Mild Garden Tomato Salsa
Approx. 6 lbs. fresh tomatoes
1 pouch Mrs. Wages Salsa Mix
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
~ Wash tomatoes and remove stems.
~ Scald tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes; remove from boiling water and
drop into a bowl of ice water.
~ Remove skins from tomatoes. Core. Chop tomatoes coarsely.
~ Measure 5 pints of chopped tomatoes into a large saucepan. Add Mrs. Wages
Salsa Mix and vinegar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and
simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
~ Salsa is ready to serve, can, or freeze.
