Chunky and full of flavor, the Black Bean and Corn Salsa is great with chips or used as a topper on your favorite chicken.

Ingredients: diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, onion, tomato paste, sugar, jalapeno peppers, vinegar, salt, garlic, citric acid, spices.

Recipe: Black Bean & Corn Cream Cheese Spread

8 oz. block cream cheese - softened
2 Tbls. dried cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper OR cayenne pepper
16 oz. jar black bean and corn salsa

-With an electric mixer or food processor, blend together cream cheese, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
-Add salsa. If using an electric mixer, beat only until blended. If using a food processor, pulse 2-4 times, just to incorporate, but not to puree.
-Best if chilled 1 hour before serving.
-Spread over crackers, or bring to room temperature and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
