Make your own sweet caramel glazed popcorn (similar to
kettle corn but better!) at home.

Directions: Measure 4 Tbls. of oil into a large pot over medium-high heat and
drop in 2-3 popcorn kernels. When the oil is hot enough to pop a kernel of
popcorn, add 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels to center of pot and 1/3 cup of glaze
around the outer edges of the pot (do not pour glaze directly into center of
pot). Cover pot and shake to stir occasionally. Once popping slows, remove pan
from heat and dump popcorn into a bowl immediately.
Ingredients: sugar, brown sugar, molasses, soy lecithin, salt, artificial
flavors, yellow #4, red #40, blue #1.
