specialty product, they take fresh Ghost Peppers (the 3rd hottest on
Earth), mix them with salt, and ferment them over time. Then, the aged peppers
are blended to a thick puree and mixed with a little citric acid to keep it all
shelf stable. It tastes great all by itself, or mixed with ingredients of your
choosing to create a homemade hot sauce, spicy barbecue sauce, etc. No MSG. No GMO.

Recipe: Garlic & Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
We love this sweet and spicy sauce on nachos and chicken wings.
8 cloves of garlic, separated from one another, but not peeled
1/2 cup Ghost Pepper Mash
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 Tbls. vinegar (we prefer apple cider vinegar)
2 Tbls. honey
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
salt, to taste
~ Roast the garlic in a skillet over medium heat, turning regularly until blackened in spots and soft to the touch, 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, and peel.
~ Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. You can also use an emulsion (stick) blender.
~ If the sauce is too thick, you can add more vinegar, more honey, water, or tomato juice to thin it out.
~ Add salt to taste.
