1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbls. honey
1 Tbls. brown sugar
1 Tbls. Foo Foo Mama Choo Hot Sauce
1 tsp. dried minced garlic OR 2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. Sriracha Chili Dust Seasoning OR 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Lb. chicken breast meat, cut into thin strips
2 Tbls. vegetable oil OR olive oil
~ In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, hot sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
~ In a shallow dish, stir together the flour, seasoning or salt, and pepper.
~ Lightly coat chicken in seasoned flour and then place in a hot skillet with oil.
~ Brown chicken on both sides and then pour in liquid mixture.
~ Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through..
