Recipe: Hot Curried Popcorn

3 Tbls. coconut oil OR Buttery Popcorn Topping
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 - 2 tsp. Rogue Hot Sauce
1 gallon popped popcorn
fine popcorn salt, to taste
~ In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil or Buttery Popcorn Topping over medium heat.
~ Stir in garlic, curry, and cumin; simmer for 1 minute; reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute; stir in hot sauce.
~ Pour spiced oil evenly over the popcorn, toss to mix, and then season with salt.
~ Serve immediately.
