If you opt not to order ice packs for any items listed with a Melt Risk, we are not responsible for orders received with melted items. Please note, these ice packs will stay cold for up to 3 days We will only guarantee packages shipped with ice packs via USPS Priority Mail. We will not guarantee packages shipped with ice packs to these locations: AK, AS, GU, HI, MP, PR, VI, AP, FP.
