Description: Sweet red tomatoes, bright basil, and savory garlic come together in a delicious mix to blend with olive oil for dipping bread into. We love to use the dipping oil as a light pasta sauce. The dry mix can also be blended with sour cream and mayonnaise to make a creamy dip for chips and veggies.

To make a Dipping Oil, stir mix with: 2 Tbls. water and then 1/2 cup olive oil
To make a Compound Butter, beat mix with: 2 Tbls. water and then 1/2 cup butter
To make a Creamy Dip, stir mix with: 1 cup Sour Cream & 1 cup Real Mayonnaise
To make a Low-Fat Dip, stir mix with: 2 cups Plain Non-Fat Yogurt or Lite Sour Cream

Serve with: Italian Bread, Pasta, Potato Chips, Pretzels, and Veggie Sticks

Shelf Life: 3+ Years. Store for 5+ years out of sunlight, below 70 degrees Fahrenheit, in an airtight container
