Peanut Flour, Light Roast

Peanut flour is essentially ground up lightly-roasted peanuts with some fat removed (that's why it's not pasty like peanut butter). As a result, peanut powder is low in fat, high in protein, and perfect for baking and adding to smoothies, sauces, and confections! There's no added sugar or salt so you can make it into whatever you desire! Shelf-stable for 6 months. Refrigerate to extend shelf life.

Volume: 1 pound = approx. 4.17 cups.

Ingredients: peanuts. Packaged in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, soy, egg, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts.

We use this in our Peanut Butter & Jelly Flavored Powder.
