Recipe: 3-Way Deviled Eggs
Unique fusion of two favorite savory snacks!
6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
3 Tbls. mayonnaise
1 Tbls. Cincinnati Chili Snack Seasoning (plus more for garnish)
1 tsp. yellow OR Dijon mustard
1 tsp. white OR apple cider vinegar
shredded cheddar AND oyster crackers AND hot sauce (optional, for garnish)
~ Halve the peeled, boiled eggs lengthwise. Pop out the yolks and place in a small bowl. Arrange whites on a serving dish.
~ Mash the yolks with a fork then mash in mayo, mustard, vinegar, and seasoning until smooth. Taste and add more of anything if it needs it.
~ Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.
~ Sprinkle lightly with additional seasoning. Just before serving, sprinkle cheddar over the tops and place handfuls of crackers around the eggs (this also helps keep them from sliding around on the place.
