Cute little finger food perfect for Halloween.
1 packet of Cheddar Beer Dip Mix
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbls. milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
crunchy chow mein noodles, as needed
crackers, optional, as needed
black sesame seeds, optional, as needed
~ Beat together Cheddar Beer Dip Mix, cream cheese, and milk until thoroughly blended.
~ Fold in shredded cheese.
~ Chill mixture until firm.
~ Roll chilled mixture into little balls, using about 2 tsp. for each. Wetting your hands will help prevent the mixture from sticking to them.
~ Press 6 noodles into the sides of each ball for legs. If desired, place a ball onto a cracker and press sesame seed eyes into each.
~ Chill until ready to serve. Serve within a few hours to prevent legs and crackers from getting too soft.
