2 Tbls. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla powder (optional)
2 slices of bread
2 tsp. softened butter OR margarine OR buttery spread

~ In a small bowl or spice jar, stir/shake together the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla powder; set aside.
~ In a toaster, toast the bread to desired darkness.
~ Spread butter/margarine onto one side of each slice of toast.
~ Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar generously onto each slice of toast.

8 oz. cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup butter (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup demerara sugar OR granulated sugar OR brown sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk OR 1/2 cup water + 2 Tbls. buttermilk powder

plenty of freshly make pancakes
