Our Large Spice Jar (containing 3.17 ounces / 90 grams of product) is clear plastic with a black cap featuring a removable safety seal and two flip-top openings, one large enough for a measuring spoon and the other with sprinkle holes.
Ingredients: A dehydrated blend of blue and cheddar cheeses (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), whey, sodium phosphate, salt, lactic acid. Contains milk. Packaged in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, soy, egg, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Recipe: Blue Cheese and Buttermilk Salad Dressing
Make this thick, rich, savory dressing any time, fast and easy! Tastes great as a dip with wings and veggies, too!
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup buttermilk OR 3 Tbls. buttermilk powder plus 3/4 cup water
1/4 cup blue cheese powder
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce OR 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic OR garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt (to taste)
~ Place all ingredients, except salt, in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth and creamy.
~ Salt to taste.
~ Chill at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
