This powder, made from dried and ground green peppers, can
be used to add that fresh green vegetable flavor to seasonings and spices, as
well as traditional recipes. We use it blended with jalapeno powder when we want
the taste of a green chili pepper without the intense spiciness. It's also great
in meatballs, meatloaf, broths, salad dressing, popcorn seasonings, and pasta
sauces. Shelf-stable - stores and travels well - great for emergency food
supplies, camping, boating, and RVing.
Ingredients: green bell pepper, <2% silicon dioxide.
Packaged in a facility that
also packages wheat, milk, soy, egg, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Reconstitution Ratio: 1 Part Green Pepper Powder to 6.5 parts Water (by weight).
Bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
