Product Details: Made from spray-dried, cold-break tomato paste, this powder delivers a rich, fresh tomato flavor with a vibrant red color and consistent fine granulation for easy blending. It disperses quickly in liquids and can be reconstituted into a smooth tomato base by mixing with hot water, making it a versatile pantry staple. Use it to boost sauces, soups, pizza blends, snack seasonings, dry rubs, and spice mixes without adding extra moisture. Also ideal for popcorn, chips, pasta dishes, and marinades, it adds concentrated tomato flavor wherever you want depth, color, and a clean, natural taste.
