1 pint container cherry tomatoes
1 pkt. Oink 'N Onion Dip Mix, prepared as directed for spread
whole bibb lettuce - rinsed
~ Halve cherry tomatoes. Using a melon baller, scoop out seed centers.
~ Dip the melon baller in water and use it to get a scoop the prepared Oink spread. Place scoop into the center of a tomato half. Repeat with all tomato halves.
~ Arrange filled tomatoes on lettuce leaves.
~ Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

~ Spoon approx. 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. Oink spread into the palm of your hand; roll into a ball; place into a phyllo shell; repeat until all shells are filled.
