Ingredients: cheddar powder [a dehydrated blend of whey, buttermilk solids, cheeses (granular & cheddar [pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes]), whey protein concentrate, salt, sodium phosphate, citric acid, yellow 5 & 6, lactic acid, enzyme], beer powder (maltodextrin, beer (malted barley, corn syrup, hops, yeast)), buttery salt (salt, artificial flavor, FD&C yellow #5 & yellow #6), sugar, onion, < 2% of the following: garlic, corn starch. Popcorn Seasoning Suggested Usage: Pop 1/2 cup popcorn kernels in 1/4 cup oil, then immediately toss with 1/4 cup seasoning. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Recipe: Cheddar Beer Rice
Easy, cheesy rice side dish tastes great next to brats!
1 cup long grain white rice
2 cups water OR chicken broth
1/3 cup Cheddar Ale Snack Seasoning Powder
1 Tbls. butter OR margarine OR oil
~ Rinse the rice under cold water until water runs clear.
~ Stir together all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
~ Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for 15 minutes.
~ Remove from heat but keep tighly covered for 10 minutes.
~ Fluff gently with a fork before serving.
