Spicy Cheddar Omelet
Morning is not time for chopping vegetable and following complex recipes. Our
dip mix has all the cheese and veggies you need for a quick gourmet breakfast!
1 Tbls. Jalapeno
Cheddar Dip Mix, unprepared
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
2 Tbls. milk or water
~ Whisk together all ingredients. Chill at least 20 minutes.
~ In a small skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat,
cook the mixture about 3 minutes, until partially set. Flip with a
spatula, and continue cooking 2 - 3 minutes, or until cooked
through.

Jalapeno Cheddar Pinwheels
Scrumptious finger food with cheddar cheese, chicken or turkey,
and spicy peppers all rolled up in a delectable bite!
1 pkt. Jalapeno
Cheddar Dip Mix, prepared as directed for spread
(6 - 8) 12" flour tortillas
1/2 - 1 pound thin-sliced roasted deli chicken or turkey
~ With a butter knife or spatula, spread Jalapeno Cheddar Spread over a tortilla to
about 1/8" thick.
~ Arrange chicken or turkey slices in a single layer over the tortilla.
~ Roll up tortilla tightly and set aside.
~ Repeat with remaining ingredients until you run out of meat or dip.
~ Using a sharp knife, slice rolls into 1" sections. Wipe the knife blade with a
damp kitchen towel or paper towel every few slices.
~ Arrange rolls close together on a platter, stacking in a pyramid shape if
necessary.
~ Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Note: Tortillas are more pliable when brought to room temperature
first. |
