Recipe: Speedy Single-Serve Scampi Spiral Pasta
Pair up our parm powder, scampi seasoning, and instant pasta for a quick and easy side dish or snack.
1/2 cup instant rotini pasta
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese powder
1 tsp. Garlic Scampi Butter Seasoning
1 tsp. butter or margarine (optional)
~ Place the pasta and water in a 16 oz. or larger bowl (see Notes, below).
~ Microwave on 100% power for 3 minutes.
~ Carefully remove from microwave. DO NOT DRAIN.
~ Stir in Parmesan, scampi seasoning, and butter/margarine (if using) until butter has melted and cheese has dissolved.
Notes: If using a 16 oz. bowl, the cooking water will boil over. To prevent this, use a bigger bowl OR as soon as you see the cooking water about to boil over, open the microwave, spray a little non-stick cooking spray into the bowl, and resume cooking.

1/4 cup Scampi Butter Seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup milk
4 oz. can of tiny Shrimp, drained
~ With an electric mixer on low speed, cream together all ingredients until blended.
~ Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for maximum flavor.
