~ Fill glass within 1" of the top with tomato juice. Cover and shake to mix.
~ Pour the Bloody Bacon into another glass; set aside.
~ Moisten the rim of the empty pint glass with a lime wedge or water. Shake a bit of Bacon Seasoning onto a plate. Press (but don't twist or rub) the rim of the glass onto the seasoning.
~ Carefully pour the Bloody Bacon back into the pint glass.
~ Garnish the drink with a whole rib of celery in the glass.

How to Make Bacon-Infused Vodka: Fry 1 pound of bacon until crisp. Set aside cooked bacon strips (bonus leftovers). Strain bacon grease into a sealable container. Pour a bottle of vodka into the container with bacon grease. Cover and chill for 1 week. With a spoon, carefully scoop bacon grease off of the top of the vodka and discard. Store bacon vodka in the refrigerator or freezer.

Recipe: Cheddar Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Pie

This savory, sinful dish makes a great snack for the "big game", an alternative to your standard nachos, or even a breakfast side dish to serve with eggs. The use of bacon seasoning eliminates the time-consuming step of frying real bacon.

1 Lb. (approx. 3 cups) frozen tater tots
1 Tbls. Smoky Peppered Bacon Seasoning
non-stick cooking spray
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup prepared Buttermilk Ranch Dressing or Chipotle Ranch Dressing
1 Tbls. chives (optional)

~ Place the frozen tots in a gallon-size plastic bag. Sprinkle about half of the Bacon Seasoning into the bag. Hold the bag closed and shake to mix. Sprinkle the remaining Bacon Seasoning into the bag and shake to mix.
~ Bake the tater tots per the package directions. When done, change the oven temperature to 400 degrees.
~ Spray non-stick cooking spray evenly into a 9" pie plate. Dump the cooked tots into the pie plate and lightly press them into the dish. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the tots.
~ Bake tots until the cheese has fully melted, approx. 5 minutes.
~ Drizzle the Ranch Dressing over the tots and sprinkle with chives.
