  Yield: Each 5 pounds (2.27 kg) makes approx. 67 packets of mix/recipes 
  of dip (4.5 gallons of prepared dip)
  
Minimum Order: As this mix is made to order, there is a minimum of 10 pounds/order.
                
                
Description: Beefy and cheesy dip or spread packed with savory onion and bell peppers is simply mouthwatering! Serve hot or cold.
  
  Amount required for one packet/recipe: 1/3 cup mix = 1.87 oz. (53g)
  
  To make a Dip, beat mix with: 8 oz. Cream Cheese & 1/2 cup Milk. 
Serve warm.
To make a Spread, beat mix with: 8 oz. Cream Cheese & 
1/4 cup Milk or Sour Cream. Serve cold.
Serve with: Potato Chips, Bread cubes, Crostini, Vegetable Sticks, Pita 
Chips, Soft Pretzels

Recipe: Philly Cheese Steak Pinwheels
Scrumptious finger food with a beefy cheese spread with onions and peppers, all rolled up in a delectable bite!
1 pkt. (1/3 cup) Philly Cheesesteak Dip Mix, 
prepared as directed for spread
(6 - 8) 12" flour tortillas
1/2 - 1 pound thin-sliced roast beef deli meat
~ With a butter knife or spatula, spread some Philly Cheesesteak Spread over a tortilla to 
about 1/8" thick.
~ Arrange roast beef slices in a single layer over the tortilla.
~ Roll up tortilla tightly and set aside.
~ Repeat with remaining ingredients until you run out of meat or spread.
~ Using a sharp knife, slice rolls into 1" sections. Wipe the knife blade with a 
damp kitchen towel or paper towel every few slices.
~ Arrange rolls close together on a platter, stacking in a pyramid shape if 
necessary.
~ Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Note: Tortillas are more pliable when brought to room temperature first.
Recipe: Philly-Melt Wontons
Cheesy filling packed with beef, onion, and peppers, fried in a in a crispy won 
ton.
1 pkt. (1/3 cup) Philly Cheesesteak Dip Mix, 
prepared as directed for spread
1/2 pound ground beef, browned, drained of fat
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten
oil for frying
~ Stir browned beef into Philly Cheesesteak Spread.
~ Place a scant Tablespoonful of Spread onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
~ Brush egg on the edges of the wrappers, fold over in a triangle shape, and 
press to seal edges.
~ Place filled wontons in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with waxed 
paper. Freeze wontons completely (takes approx. 1 hour).
~ Deep-fry wontons in 375 degree oil, turning once, until golden brown. Drain on 
cooling racks or paper towels.
Recipe: Beefy Onion & Pepper Omelet

4 tsp. Philly Cheesesteak Dip Mix, 
unprepared
2 eggs OR 1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup leftover, cooked beef (steak, hamburger, etc), chopped into small pieces
2 Tbls. milk OR water OR sour cream
~ Whisk together all ingredients. Chill 10 minutes.
~ In a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook the 
mixture about 3 minutes, until partially set. Flip with a spatula, and continue 
cooking 2 - 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
