Fancy Ketchup Seasoning Powder
Product Details: Ketchup: the most common condiment in America, available cheap and everywhere. Why would we make it into a powdered seasoning? Perhaps you want to sprinkle it onto potato chips or popcorn. Maybe you need to get ketchup through TSA and the standard bottle is over the 3.4 ounce limit for liquids/gels. I have no idea. All I know is that it tastes good, people like it, and hopefully there are others out there that want to get creative with their ketchup usage. If so, I recommend trying it on potato tots, onion rings, cheese sticks, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, baked beans, French fries, chicken nuggets, popcorn shrimp, and more! We like it stirred into mayonnaise to make a fry sauce (like Mayochup). Shelf-stable, no refrigeration required, vegetarian/vegan.
