Recipe: Macaroni & Cheese
Buy the cheese in bulk and make Macaroni and Cheese cheaper with whatever pasta you'd like, including Gluten-Free pasta!
1 cup uncooked macaroni
salted water - as needed for cooking pasta
1/4 cup cheese powder (approx. 1.1 oz.)
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbls. to 1/4 cup butter or margarine (optional)
~ Boil the pasta in salted water as per directions on package.
~ Drain cooked pasta and return to pan.
~ Stir in cheese powder, milk, and butter until butter has melted and cheese has dissolved.
