Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Pie
Seasonal flavors make this rich, creamy pie perfect for fall parties and Thanksgiving. It's quick and easy to make, but will surely impress your guests!

(1) 3.4 oz. package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
3 Tbls. Pumpkin Powder
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
(1) 8 oz. container frozen whipped cream topping, thawed
(1) 9" prepared graham cracker crumb crust

~ Beat together pudding mix, milk, pumpkin powder and pumpkin pie spice either by hand with a whisk or with an electric mixer on low for 2 minutes. Gently fold in 1/4 of the whipped cream topping.
~ Spread the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
~ Spread the remaining whipped cream topping evenly over the pie before serving.
~ Keep refrigerated.
