Recipe: Smooth Salsa Cracker Spread
Fresh garden flavors of tomato, peppers, onion, and spices, paired with rich cream cheese, perfect for spreading onto your favorite crackers.
1/4 cup Garden Salsa Snack Seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbls. milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
~ With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together Snack Seasoning, cream cheese, and milk until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
~ Roll the mixture into a ball and then roll the ball in the cilantro, if using, coating evenly.
~ Chill for 1-2 hours to allow the ball to firm up.
