Shelf Life: The manufacturer lists a "Best By" date of 1 year from date of manufacturing, so once the product reaches you, it's about 8-10 months. However, we've found that when stored at room temperature or below in an air-tight
container out of direct light, it easily lasts 2-3 years.

Recipe: White Macaroni & Cheese
Buy the cheese in bulk and make Macaroni and Cheese cheaper with whatever
pasta you'd like, including Gluten-Free pasta!
1 cup uncooked macaroni
salted water - as needed for cooking pasta
1/4 cup cheese powder (approx. 1.1 oz.)
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbls. to 1/4 cup butter or margarine
~ Boil the pasta in salted water as per directions on
package.
~ Drain cooked pasta and return to pan.
~ Stir in cheese powder, milk, and butter until butter has melted and
cheese has dissolved.
