We prefer granulated garlic over
in our spice blends as it has a stronger flavor and doesn't tend to clump as
much. Add it to seasonings and dry rubs
for meat, poultry and seafood. Season steaks, burgers, potato dishes, soups,
pasta, and steamed veggies with it. Sprinkle onto buttered Italian bread or
breadsticks for a quick and easy garlic bread.
